Guests will then be seated for dinner. Following Craft tradition, the menu will be served family-style, honoring local ingredients and farmers.Â
Tom Colicchio, Craft LA chef de cuisine, Denis Crutchfield, and pastry chef, Shannon Swindle, will prepare five courses in collaboration with Jessica Koslow, Ludo Lefebvre, Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo, with breads from Alex Davis.
